LSP Yoga Academy Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LSP Yoga Academy, we strive to provide high-quality yoga classes and wellness services to our community. We understand that sometimes, plans change, so we’ve outlined our Refund & Cancellation Policy below to provide clarity on how we handle cancellations and refunds.

I. Classes and Subscriptions

Single Classes:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or a class credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be refunded or credited.

Monthly and Annual Subscriptions:

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until the subscription period expires.
  • If you have any technical issues or are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us at lspyogaacademy@gmail.com , and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

II. Workshops, Events, and Special Programs

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a workshop or event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a workshop or event, please contact us to reschedule, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

III. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a live or recorded class, please reach out to our support team at lspyogaacademy@gmail.com within 24 hours of the issue, and we’ll assist you. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion if the problem is due to an error on our end.

IV. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel an order for yoga props within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted. Please refer to the return policy if you wish to return an item.

V. Shipping and Return Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: For eligible returns, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

VI. Refunds for Yoga Props

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds for non-defective items are not offered unless otherwise specified. However, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase at your own expense for store credit.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for refund or return.

VII. Changes to Our Policy

All refund requests must be submitted via email to ekamyogaindia@gmail.com with details of your request, the purchase date, and the reason for the refund. Refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, processed within 5-10 business days.
